As a family with kids, we loved our recent stay at this onsen hotel. the location was perfect with plenty of restaurants and foot baths nearby, and just a short walk to public transport. the tatami room with Japanese robes was an added bonus. the staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet had a huge selection. the onsen baths, including an outdoor mineral one, were fantastic and made for a relaxing experience. the only downside was the outdated shower head, which could be improved.

Loved it! We recently went on a romantic escape and stayed at this hot spring hotel. It was such a beautiful experience. First of all, the onsen baths were amazing. Especially when we were able to enjoy the outdoor hot spring mineral bath under the moonlight. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to several restaurants and we were able to take a relaxing stroll around the area. Another advantage was the daily breakfast buffet that offered a variety of traditional Japanese choices that you can experience without leaving the hotel.
There were a couple of things that we didn't enjoy as much. The room was a bit outdated and some elements could use some renovation. And while the staff were friendly, there was a bit of a language barrier, as they could not speak English fluently. Nonetheless, these minor issues, are easily overshadowed by the amazing experience we had at the onsen and the beauty of the surroundings. We would definitely come back again to experience the magic of this hotel.

The hotel’s location was ideal for a romantic escape, with many restaurants and foot baths close by. The traditional Japanese breakfast was a highlight of our stay, with a wide range of dishes to choose from. The tatami room in our suite added an authentic touch to our experience.
The onsen area was very noisy and not relaxing, due to a nearby restaurant’s loud fan. The room was quite dated and could use some updating.

Although there were a few minor areas that could be improved upon, overall, my experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.
